4. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery may be available depending on distance and item size. Delivery fees vary and are listed per item. Customers may also arrange pickup. Anderson Couches is not responsible for issues that occur after delivery or pickup is completed.
5. Refunds and Returns
All sales are considered final due to the nature of resale furniture. However, if a major issue was not disclosed at the time of sale, customers may contact us for review.
If a valid issue is confirmed, Anderson Couches may offer a resolution at its discretion, including a partial refund, discount, or full refund depending on the situation.
6. Exchanges / Trade-Ins
In some cases, Anderson Couches may accept a customer’s old couch if it meets certain requirements. If the item has sufficient value, a discount of up to $200 may be offered toward a purchase.
7. Product Condition Disclaimer
All furniture is sold in its current condition. Many items are customer returns or resale products and may show minor wear. Customers are responsible for reviewing item details before purchasing.
8. Limitation of Liability
