All sales are considered final due to the nature of resale furniture. However, if there is a major issue that was not disclosed at the time of sale, customers are encouraged to contact us so we can review the situation. Sometimes issues happen.

In cases where a valid issue is identified, Anderson Couches may offer a resolution based on the situation. This may include a partial refund, a discount, or, in more serious cases, a full refund. All resolutions are determined at our discretion after reviewing the condition of the item and the details of the concern.
